Marketplace Rarible has suspended orders from OpenSea to fix a significant bug, Quentin Tarantino has announced the auction date for the NFT collection based on the film Pulp Fiction, and CoolWallet Pro has introduced support for NFT.
Rarible Suspends OpenSea Orders
Marketplace NFT Rarible has suspended orders from OpenSea due to a bug that allowed the assets to remain traded on the platform even when moved to a different wallet on OpenSea.
In a series of tweets, Rarible announced that it has temporarily halted orders from OpenSea as it plans to introduce significant changes that will help eliminate this error in the future. The new Rarible tool will display orders as Active or Inactive to avoid confusion over which assets are actually up for sale.
The Sandbox (SAND), a metaverse platform and decentralized gaming virtual world, announced that it will create a metropolis with a focus on contemporary cultural symbols and the spread of Hong Kong culture into the Metaverse.
In addition, thanks to the collaboration between ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and Voxel Architects, the real house will be sold along with a virtual copy at The Sandbox.
The real home in Miami, USA, will be 11,000 square feet with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms on one acre of land. The houses are still under construction and are expected to be auctioned off by Sotheby’s in 2022, with no prices set yet.
CoolWallet Pro and NFT
CoolbitX, the maker of the CoolWallet Pro cryptocurrency wallet, announced at CES 2022 that its cryptocurrency wallet now supports NFT.
Integrated NFT support will be used with OpenSea and Rarible NFT marketplaces.
NFT Auction Based on Pulp Fiction
Filmmaker Quentin Tarantino set a date for an auction for the 1994 film Pulp Fiction NFT collection that will be held at the Secret Network.
According to the press release, the auction will be held in seven stages: January 17-21, January 24, January 25, January 26, January 27, January 28 and January 31. To participate in the auction, you must first register on the website, but registration will only begin on January 10th.
The organizers noted that the NFT will include chapters from Tarantino’s original handwritten script and his exclusive audio commentary.
