Kazakhstani Banks Work With the Local Crypto Exchange to Support Crypto Payments

Despite the fact that the Kazakhstani government hasn’t removed their crypto trading ban yet, local banks already work with the local crypto exchange to support payments in digital currency. They prepare a pilot project targeted at future adoption.

The exchange is registered and works legally. The pilot offer will support buying cryptocurrency as the client opens a bank account. The profits will be transferred to their account in fiat currency.

This project is an experiment of the Kazakhstan government on cryptocurrency adoption to see how digital finance works and whether it’s worth adopting. It will last one year. The experts predict that the ban will most likely be mitigated or even completely removed.
