JPMorgan Together With DBS Are Launching a Cross Chain Platform

JPMorgan, an American investment company, DBS, a Singapore’s major bank, and Temasek, a state investment company, are working in collaboration on a new blockchain project. This is going to be an interbank cross chain platform for payments in digital currencies of the central banks. It will be called Partior.

The company is going to help the central banks digitalize the money of commercial banks to make the cross-border payments cheaper, faster and easier. Partior will work between Singapore and the U.S.A. and will use their national currencies at the beginning but in future they may expand their services to other countries and their currencies.

All the three projects work together to make an important step into the popularization of cryptocurrencies on a global level. Unlike pilot projects and tests, this is going to be a real live adoption move.
