Grayscale Adds AMP to Its DeFi Fund
Cryptoasset manager Grayscale Investments made changes to Grayscale DeFi Fund by adding an AMP token.
The January 3 announcement said that Grayscale’s DeFi Fund now consists of nine different crypto assets from the DeFi ecosystem. Uniswap (UNI) has the highest fund weight with 42.33%, while the recently added AMP is 7.39%.
At the time of writing, the Grayscale DeFi Fund has a share price of $5.56, up 11.2% from its original $5 share price on July 14. The fund manages assets in the amount of US $11.6 million and the number of shares outstanding is US $2.08 million.
Grayscale is best known for its Grayscale Bitcoin Trust, which currently manages $30.1 billion in assets. The stock is trading at $34.27, up 23% since July 14 and 59.16% over the past 12 months.
