CoinMarketCap and Uniswap Launched the Ethereum Token Swap

CoinMarketCap has launched the Ethereum token swap feature on the Uniswap platform and may support the additional DEXs and networks in the future.

Users can now exchange Ethereum-based tokens thanks to the special functionality on the page. A swap icon has appeared, allowing users to connect a wallet and switch between the ERC-20 tokens. The platform works with wallets from MetaMask, Portis, Coinbase, WalletConnect and Fortmatic.

The company hinted in their statement on June 29 that the additional DEXs and networks could be integrated in the future. But so far, only Ethereum is supported, and Uniswap V1 and V2 will be the first to support DEX for the token swap.

In 2013, CoinMarketCap was founded and, since then, her website has been one of the most popular cryptographic data sites in the world. In 2019, the platform launched the crypto indices on major financial platforms such as the Nasdaq Global Index Data Service and Bloomberg Terminal.

Earlier, the US-based cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase announced that Dogecoin deposits are now available for clients of its Pro platform. The platform intends to start trading Dogecoin if the expected minimum liquidity is reached.
